Mediocre Stay with Noticeable Issues

sewage smell slippery floor

The location was acceptable as it was close to the main square.

The bed provided was also very uncomfortable I had trouble sleeping. The bathroom floor became dangerously slippery after a shower due to the open shower design.

The chocolate room was quite small. opening my suitcase left NO space to move. the bathroom lacked a proper door. A mere curtain offered minimal privacy. a persistent toilet smell also permeated the room, likely due to Exposed Pipes. the wifi was unreliable, and the staff seemed dismissive of the issue.

quiet riad with excellent staff

quiet location friendly staff helpful information generous breakfast

the riad location is very quiet, despite its position in the medina. the staff were very friendly and helpful with local tips. upon arrival, staff guided me from the taxi, providing maps and information. the breakfast included was very generous and varied daily.

I noticed a very minor issue with refilling toiletries. I had to ask once.

the staff was always available when needed, offering advice and assistance. they accommodated my early arrival and stored my luggage, a very welcome gesture. they were polite and always very hardworking.

a peaceful oasis in the medina

excellent location gentle staff comfortable room pretty riad

the riad's location was excellent. it was very quiet inside despite being in the medina. the staff was attentive and always available to provide guidance. i found my room to be super clean and cozy. it was also very pretty, as was the rest of the riad.

I found the breakfast service to begin a bit late. It started around 9 am.

the riad features a lovely rooftop terrace perfect for relaxation. breakfast and dinner included typical moroccan dishes prepared with very fresh ingredients. the staff ensured everything was helpful and met all our needs.
